Organic Spelled-Rye Bread Mix 500g BioLife Podlaskie Mąki Ekologiczne is an ideal choice for all those who want to enjoy homemade bread without sacrificing either the quality of the ingredients or their health. Spelled and rye are cereals known for their high content of fiber, vitamins, especially B vitamins, and minerals such as magnesium, iron and selenium, which support the proper functioning of the body. Thanks to its neutral but distinctive taste, this mixture is an excellent base for creating various bread variants, from classic to experimental, with additions such as seeds, nuts or dried fruit.

A method of preparing:
1. Pour 500 g of the bread baking mixture together with the yeast from the sachet inside the package into a bowl, then add 350 ml of lukewarm water (at a temperature of about 36°C) and mix thoroughly.
2. Line the baking tin with baking paper or grease it with oil.
3. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold and cover with a cloth to rise (for about 2 hours until it doubles in volume).
4. Put the form in the oven preheated to 230°C, bake for 15 minutes on the lower heater, then set the temperature to 200°C, change the heat to top-bottom and bake for another 25 minutes until a brown crust forms.
