Rye Bread Mix 500g BIO Life Podlaskie Mąki Ekologiczne is extremely easy to use and is an excellent base for preparing both traditional rye bread and more complex variants with additions. Rye bread is known for its high fiber content, which supports the proper functioning of the digestive system, helps maintain appropriate cholesterol levels and ensures a longer feeling of satiety. The product can be used for both traditional baking and modern bread machines. This makes it possible to easily include homemade bread in your daily diet, regardless of your level of culinary skills.

Ingredients: RYE bread flour*, wholemeal RYE flour*, RYE sourdough*, yeast*, salt. (*certified organic ingredient)

A method of preparing:

1. Pour 500 g of the bread baking mixture together with the yeast from the sachet inside the package into a bowl, then add 350 ml of lukewarm water (at a temperature of about 36°C) and mix thoroughly.
2. Line the baking tin with baking paper or grease it with oil.
3. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold and cover with a cloth to rise (for about 2 hours until it doubles in volume).
4. Put the form in the oven preheated to 230°C, bake for 15 minutes on the lower heater, then set the temperature to 200°C, change the heat to top-bottom and bake for another 25 minutes until a brown crust forms.
