Blackweiler Shred Shot Recommended Use:
Recommended daily portion: 10 ml two times daily, about 30 minutes before training. Use measuring cup included to measure the appropriate portion - 10 ml. Shake before use. One ampoule contains 6 portions. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
