Above all, however, they contain valuable amino acids, not produced by man, phenylalanine, tyrosine and isoleucine, which are important for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Importantly, both also contain better tolerated gluten. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. In addition, groats are perfect for savory dishes. It can also be used to thicken soups and sauces. Flatbread regulate digestive processes, provide a feeling of satiety, lower the level of bad cholesterol, strengthen the kidneys and liver.

Preparation: Boil 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of milk or water (depending on the preferred consistency). Measure 250 ml of milk, pour some into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining milk, pour in the semolina solution, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Cook for 8-10 minutes. to thicken. Serve the finished dish with syrup or fruit mousse.
