Other ingredients: 25.6% taurine, 19.2% beta-alanine, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; 13.8% magnesium oxide, 8% caffeine anhydrous, Korean Panax ginseng extract, guarana extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth., 50% caffeine), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; 0.1% pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, capsule (gelatin, colour: E 171).
Recommended use: Less than 70kg weight: take 1 capsule approximately 30 minutes before physical activity and over 70kg weight take 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before planned physical activity or otherwise after consultation with your dietician.
