Recommended Use:
The daily serving of the product is 25 g powder (2 scoops) with 400 ml water. For accurate measurement, use a scale, then mix in a shaker bottle. Consume the product only on training days as follows: drink half of the prepared beverage (12.5 g powder + 200 ml water) at least 4 hours before training, and the other half (12.5 powder + 200 ml water) during training. Do not exceed one daily serving! The drink is slightly carbonated, open carefully after shaking. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Consume the prepared product on the same day it is made.
