A method of preparing: Cook in the proportion of 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of MILK or water (depending on your preferred consistency). Measure out 250 ml of MILK, pour some into a glass and mix with semolina. Boil the remaining MILK, pour in the semolina solution, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 3-5 minutes. until thickened. Serve the finished dish with syrup or fruit puree.
