Aquafaba can be used both in the kitchen of vegans and people who, due to various contraindications, cannot eat chicken protein. Aquafaba behaves in the same way as eggs - it connects individual elements of dishes, forms a strong binder, you can also beat it into fluffy foam. So it works well not only for savory dishes, but also for desserts - you can create beautiful and tasty meringues from it. It is assumed that one egg can be replaced with three tablespoons of aquafaba dissolved in water.
