They are rich in B vitamins and contain large doses of vitamin E with rejuvenating, antitumor and fertility benefits. In addition, the Primavika product has a beneficial effect on the nervous system and blood vessels. The unsaturated fatty acids contained in almonds lower bad cholesterol levels, counteract atherosclerosis and help reduce unnecessary fat.
