Preparation method: Ingredients: 1 sachet of organic SPELLED bread leaven 30 g Biovegan, 700 g SPELLED flour, 300 g RYE flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free yeast organic 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water. Preparation: mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Add water and knead well. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours. Then knead again and place in a greased bread tin. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 80 minutes. Leave to cool. Enough to obtain 1.5 kg of bread.
