Ingredients: whole wheat flour* 97%, raising agents (potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), sea salt. (*certified organic ingredient)

Preparation: pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, pour 150 ml of cold water and knead the dough. Set aside for about 5 minutes, to rise. Put the dough on a baking tray greased or lined with baking paper. With floured hands, form the dough into a pancake and then spread tomato sauce over it, add slices of ham, vegetables, SER or other toppings as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 12-15 minutes. When baking, take into account previous experience with your oven.
