How to use: pour the seeds in a sterilized jar with lukewarm water for a few hours. Then, pour off the water, rinse the seeds, cover the jar with gauze, tie it up and put it in a warm place out of sunlight. Rinse at least twice a day. After 3-4 days, the sprouts are ready to eat. Ready sprouts should be eaten within 7 days of growing. Store in the refrigerator.
