Ingredients: shark liver oil (from FISH), including alkylglycerols and squalene; gelatine; glazing agent: glycerol; water.

The content of ingredients in the recommended daily dose (2 capsules):
shark liver oil - 800 mg,
including alkylglycerols - 160 mg
squalene - 13.6 mg

Dosage: adults and children over 6 years of age: 2 capsules a day before a meal with water. For people who have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsules can be squeezed and administered with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, i.e. 2 capsules a day.
