Traditional sponge cake tongues contain no added sugar. Gluten-Free Ladyfingers Sugar-Free 85g Bezgluten are perfect as a topping for cakes, or as a sweet snack. The sugar-free biscotti are very light and soft. The biscotti are sweetened with maltitol. This is a natural sweetener that does not change its properties when exposed to high temperatures, as happens with aspartan.

Ingredients: Pasteurized egg mass, starch (corn, potato), sweetener: maltitol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, esters of fatty acids and polyglycerol, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate; natural orange flavor, bamboo fiber, raising agent: ammonium carbonates; thickening agent: guar gum.

Storage: store in a dry place, at a temperature not higher than 20°C.
