Ingredients: L-glutamine, a mixture of instantaneous BCAA amino acids 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), taurine, aroma, acidity regulator (citric acid), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), substance sweetener (sucralose), color (quinoline yellow*), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
*Quinoline yellow - may have a harmful effect on activity and attention in children. 

Allergens: the product may contain: soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.

Dosage: mix 2 scoops of powder (10 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink half a portion before training and the other half during training. Use on training days. The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 10 g.
