AllDayYouMay Legendary Series Blue Raspberry 435g 5% Nutrition (Rich Piana) is a comprehensive intra- and post-workout supplement designed to support muscle growth, enhance recovery, and improve overall performance. Developed by 5% Nutrition, this product combines a potent blend of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), essential amino acids (EAAs), and other supportive nutrients to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their goals.

Principal Advantages

- Enhanced Muscle Recovery: To promote muscle protein synthesis and hasten recovery, each serving contains 6 grams of BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio, with a high concentration of leucine.
