WPC 82 KFD protein is a 100% pure, instantized whey protein concentrate which is characterized by very good solubility and no persistent foam. The KFD protein is obtained using ultrafiltration in which fats and sugars are separated from proteins, so that the obtained product is of greater purity. It is also devoid of aspartame and artificial coloring substances.
The advantage of WPC 82 KFD is the lack of proteins of plant origin and the high content of BCAAs.
