Unlike other instant products, Runoland sour rye soup has a simple composition without white sugar, and is additionally based on certified organic ingredients. In addition to rye flour and spices, you will also find the addition of aromatic garlic, which will definitely emphasize the taste of the finished dish. Runoland home-made sour soup is trivial to prepare - just add it to two liters of vegetable broth (can be with meat) with bay leaf to get an unforgettable taste of childhood. It tastes like home!

Method of preparation: You can use vegetable broth or boil the sausage in 2 liters of water, adding allspice, bay leaf, leek and carrot. Cook over low heat for about 35 minutes, then add a jar or two of our leaven (depending on your preferences as to the thickness of the soup). Season with marjoram, salt and pepper, if desired. You can whiten with sour cream and add a hard-boiled egg. It is worth adding 2 tablespoons of horseradish.
