Spelled semolina is made of organic spelled wheat, which impresses with its composition rich in minerals and vitamins - much richer than ordinary wheat. Semolina spelled provides the body with many B vitamins, thanks to which it supports the functioning of the nervous system - it helps in focusing and remembering, and also reduces the effects of stress. A method of preparing:

1. Measure 250 ml of milk or water into a pot. Pour 1/3 of the liquid (83.3 ml) into a glass and mix with semolina (1 or 2 heaping tablespoons, depending on the preferred consistency).
2. Boil the rest of the liquid (166.7 ml). Pour the groats previously mixed in milk or water and mix everything thoroughly with quick movements so that there are no lumps (the easiest way to do this is with a whisk).
3. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until thickened. Serve hot or slightly cooled. It tastes best with syrup, jam or fresh fruit.

Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
