Spelled groats contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, such as iron, phosphorus, copper, as well as vitamins A and D, thanks to which it supports the immune system in the fight against infections. It is also a rich source of fiber, thanks to which it provides a sense of satiety and regulates bowel function. Bio Planet spelled groats contain less gluten than other types of groats, and are also distinguished by a low glycemic index - so they can be consumed by diabetics and people suffering from insulin resistance. In addition, spelled groats are a source of unsaturated fatty acids. The perfect substitute for white rice in risottos.
