Vitamine D3 + K2 MK-7 60 caps Trec Nutrition is a dietary supplement combining two essential fat-soluble vitamins in highly bioavailable forms. Each capsule delivers 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 75 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7, which work synergistically to support bone health, muscle function, and the immune system. The inclusion of MCT oil aids in the effective absorption of these vitamins. This product is designed for adults up to 75 years old and is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals taking anticoagulant medications containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin, acenocoumarol). The recommended dosage is one capsule daily, taken with approximately 300 ml of water, preferably after the main meal.
