What is honeydew honey?

Honeydew honey Targoch is made of both pollen and honeydew – a sweet, sticky plant substance emerging from places where trees and shrubs have been damaged, e.g. by aphids. It is darker than nectar honey and also has slightly different properties. Targroch nectar-honeydew honey supports the functioning of the immune system in the fight against infections, and also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties – its consumption, even in the form of an addition to tea, is therefore recommended especially in the autumn and winter. It also regulates the work of the liver and kidneys – helps cleanse the body of toxins. And it's a natural sweetness, perfect for homemade desserts!
