Provide your child with a daily dose of exercise and make sure they eat a balanced diet, which should include omega-3 fatty acids. Super Strong Omega Kids 1160mg Omega 3 Lemon 50ml Osavi fish oil, contains essential fatty acids that contribute to the correct development of the structure and function of the brain, eyesight and also heart function. Fish oil is a source of omega-3 essential unsaturated fatty acids, including the fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which a child's body cannot produce on its own in sufficient quantities for its proper functioning, so we should supply them with the diet.
