Other ingredients: Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-leucine; L-valine; L-isoleucine) (50%); maltodextrins; L-glutamine (20%); acidity regulator - flavourings; sweetener - sucralose; colour - beta carotene.

Recommended use: Take a single serving of the product - 10 g (1,5 scoops) and wash down with 300 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily. Do not dissolve the product. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product.
