Rice Flakes Targroch is a universal product that tastes both sweet and salty. Flakes are made of white rice, steam treated, then dried and crushed. This process preserves valuable nutritional values. Targroch rice flakes naturally do not contain gluten (but they are not a certified product) and have a negligible amount of fat, therefore they are a safe product for the youngest. Easily digestible and gentle to the digestive system, flakes can be eaten by allergy sufferers and the elderly.
Their composition is rich in complex carbohydrates as well as calcium and iron. They are a source of protein and B vitamins.
Rice flakes can be an ingredient of cookies, puddings, pies or cakes. They are an important part of a vegetarian and vegan diet.
