Gluten-free millet flakes are a product made of organic millet grains. They are distinguished by a higher vitamin and mineral content than other cereal products, and additionally they have a low fiber content, so they are easy to digest. They are a gluten-free replacement for oatmeal and can be included in the diet by people struggling with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Organic millet flakes can be used in the form of a coating (as a replacement for breadcrumbs), as a base for breakfast millet with fruit or to create gluten-free pastries. They contain B vitamins as well as phosphorus, iron and calcium, which is why they have a positive effect on bones and the circulatory system. They also have diuretic properties, so they are recommended for people with kidney diseases.

Preparation method: boil the flakes in the proportion 1: 2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk), simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
