Organic Tea Lemon Verbena 25g Dary Natury are dried leaves of lemon verbena, an aromatic plant with a crisp, citrus aroma. It is ideal not only as a base for infusions, but also for flavoring seafood and fish dishes. Organic lemon verbena tea from Dara Natury is a completely ecological product, grown without artificial plant protection products and harvested by hand from certified crops. Regular consumption of it helps to reduce stress levels, relieves sore muscles and headaches. It also works as an expectorant and antipyretic, so it will work well with infections and lowered immunity.

Ingredients: 100% organic lemon verbena leaf. Hand-harvested plants were used for production. 

Method of preparation: Pour one teaspoon of tea with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 times a day.
