Lemon balm is recommended in states of strong nervousness, soothes the nerves and calms down, thanks to which it also works as a natural and herbal sleeping aid. However, in addition to its calming properties, lemon balm also boasts other healing properties. It has a diastolic effect, therefore it is recommended for troublesome constipation. In addition, it is rich in substances with antioxidant properties, so it reduces the risk of cancer, atherosclerosis and delays the aging process of the skin.

Preparation method: Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 sachet of tea and leave it, covered, to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. Drink twice a day.
