Organic matcha Bio Planet 100g is a product that contains the essence of Japanese matcha green tea in the form of a delicate powder. One of the main features of matcha is its richness in antioxidants, which help fight free radicals. In addition, matcha is a source of amino acids, such as L-theanine, which have a positive effect on metabolism and the overall condition of the body. It is also worth mentioning that powdered matcha contains caffeine, which gives it a stimulating effect.

Ingredients: Matcha green tea powder* 100% (*certified organic ingredient).

How to use: Pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling water (approx. 70-80 degrees Celsius) over 1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g), mix quickly until the powder dissolves and foam appears. To prepare matcha in a traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to pour a portion of tea into a previously heated bowl, pour hot, but not boiling water over it, and then beat it with a special bamboo whisk. This final step gives the drink a smooth, silky consistency.
