Other ingredients: 95.5% micellar casein (from milk); flavors; acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid); beet juice concentrate; milk ontains); sweetener (sucralose). The product may contain: soy, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Recommended Use: Dissolve one serving of the product - 30 g (2 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk; use a shaker or blender. Consume 3 servings daily. On workout days: 1 serving in the morning after getting up, 2 servings within 1.5 hours after training, 3 servings before bedtime. On non-workout days: 1. 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
