Organic Clarified Butter GHEE 250g Bio Planet is particularly valued for its excellent cooking properties. Thanks to its high smoke point (as high as 250 degrees), this butter does not burn, hence it is increasingly chosen as a fat for preparing various types of dishes. Moreover, the rich flavor of Ghee adds depth to dishes of various cuisines of the world. By heating Ghee, the layers of solids (impurities) and liquids (the purest butter) separate from each other. The high temperature of its heating (118 degrees) allows the Maillard reaction, responsible for the butter's caramel color and aftertaste, to take place. Clarified Ghee butter is mainly used in cooking: for cooking, frying or stewing. It can also be used for baking (instead of butter or oil) and as a base for soups and sauces. Due to its high vitamin E content, it is also used for skin care.
