A method of preparing:

I method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of Yerba mate with a glass of hot water (approx. 80⁰C) and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.

Preparation method II: Place the bombilla in a dish. Pour Yerba mate from ½ to ¾ of the volume. Pour hot, but not boiling, water over the herbs.
