Millet, fusilli, gluten-free BIO pasta is a product that can be used in the diet of people suffering from celiac disease - it is based on millet flour, which does not contain gluten. Gluten-free millet noodles contain ingredients that show de-acidifying and detoxifying properties, therefore it is the perfect complement to a varied, healthy diet. It was created from the combination of millet flour and spring water from the Kapella spring in the Sudetes - it is a certified organic ingredient. Millet flour is a rich source of fiber, vitamins and amino acids, which have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, muscles, and also accelerate metabolism.
