Preparation: Ingredients: 1 sachet of liquid rye bread leaven 150 g Biovegan, 500 g wheat flour, 500 g rye flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free yeast bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Preparation: mix well half of the flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add 750 ml of water and knead, add liquid rye leaven. Mix well and gradually add to the remaining flour. Set aside in a warm place, wait until it rises, knead again, place in a bread tin and leave to rise 1/2 of the way up. Place in a cold oven with a bowl of water. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 50-60 minutes. Leave to cool. Storage: Store in a dry and cool place.
