Buckwheat Groats Unroasted 500g Targroch is made of buckwheat grains that have not undergone heat treatment in the roasting process. Thanks to this, they retained 100% of their nutritional values, although they do not have a specific, roasted aftertaste. Unroasted buckwheat contains even more protein than its roasted cousin - thanks to this, it provides the body with building blocks for muscles and ensures a sense of satiety. Targroch buckwheat groats also contain exogenous amino acids that contribute to the proper functioning of the entire body, and important minerals, such as iodine, zinc and iron, which have a positive effect on the circulatory system. Buckwheat also contains a large amount of fiber, thanks to which it speeds up metabolism and provides a sense of satiety for long hours.

Allergens: The plant also packs: sesame, almonds, products containing gluten, various nuts. Despite all efforts, the presence of these raw materials in the product cannot be 100% excluded.

Method of preparation: Rinse the groats and pour water (2 cups of water per cup of groats). Put the pot on low heat and cook the groats for about 10 - 15 minutes. It is better not to stir the groats, it will stick, but if the fire is small, it should not burn. You can add a teaspoon of oil. Remove the groats from the heat, cover and put in a warm place to absorb the rest of the water. In this way, all the water in which the groats were boiled stays inside, and is not poured into the sink.

Storage method: Store in a dry place in a tightly closed container.
