Organic BARLEY Bio Planet is made of hulled barley grain. Perfect as an addition to soups, e.g. in the famous Polish krupnik, and as an ingredient of main dishes in combination with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs. A large amount of fiber has a positive effect on intestinal peristalsis, which is why barley groats will be perfect for dieting people. In addition, barley healthy groats are an excellent source of vitamins from group B, A, E and K.
