A method of preparing:
In a bowl of warm water (750 ml), dissolve the mixture of pulp and coconut oil (included in the package), stirring intensively.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix or mix until smooth.
Wait about 10 minutes - during this time, slowly heat the waffle maker greased with a thin layer of coconut oil.
Add half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to the dough and mix.
Place and smooth the dough in the waffle iron.
Bake for about 10 minutes until caramel color.
Mix the dough before baking the next waffle.
If it thickens, add a tablespoon of water.
Stack the waffles on top of each other and cover them to prevent them from drying out.
