Preparation:

Bread:

Ingredients:

500 g Universal gluten-free mix

1 teaspoon salt (9 g),

1 teaspoon sugar (7 g),

7 g of yeast powder,

450 ml of warm water, (about 30℃)

3 tablespoons of oil (20 g)

+ oil for spreading

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, then mix on the highest speed for about 2 minutes until you get a smooth homogeneous consistency. Pour the resulting mixture into an oiled 30x12cm mold and level the surface. Cover the mold with a damp cloth and set aside to rise at room temperature for about 45 minutes. Lightly brush the surface of the risen dough with oil and place in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for about 45 minutes (no heat), after baking remove from the pan and set aside to cool.

Storage: store in a dry and cool place.
