Thanks to the possibility of using substitutes such as vegetable milk and fat, the mixture is also suitable for vegans.
Ingredients: dark chocolate drops* (62%) (cocoa mass*, cane sugar*, cocoa fat*, emulsifier: lecithins (from SOI*), coconut sugar*, rice flour*, tapioca flour*, Himalayan salt. (*certified organic ingredient)

Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 220℃ top to bottom.
2.Put 100 grams of BUTTER (half a cube) into a small pot and heat on low power until completely melted
3.Once melted, take it off the burner, pour in the contents of the packet and stir vigorously with a kitchen whisk until all the chocolate is melted
4.Whisk 3 eggs into the chocolate mixture and beat thoroughly - using a wand or electric mixer
5.Grease the molds with butter and blow the prepared mixture - up to 3/4 of the height of the molds
6.Put in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the top and sides should be set and the center should be liquid.
7.Remove from the oven, wait 1-2 minutes for it to cool a bit, and gently levering it around with a knife, transfer it to a plate
8.Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar, with raspberries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Storage: store in a dry and cool place.
